ObamaCare Constitutionality Challenge: Now 16 States

  The Republican governor of Nevada has announced the state will join the lawsuit against ObamaCare.

Apparently there's a loophole in the state law that the governor can use to sue, in order to overcome the refusal by the state's Democrat Attorney General.  See here for the announcement and interview.
